  Ocean front gem! We loved the location of this condo, and we spent most of our time on the 2nd floor covered balcony watching the sky and the ocean, or walking on the beach. It was a treat for our senses. It was a relatively open area of the beach - never crowded - in front of our unit, which was a plus for us. The bathrooms had recently been updated and were convenient to use, and the open floor plan and new flooring gave the unit a clean, modern feel. A few suggestions for improvement would be to replace the kitchen faucet, as the water flow was not adequate to wash dishes well. Also would love to see a full length mirror in the master bedroom. We would have liked to have some wraps (foil, baggies, plastic wrap) and extra kitchen trash bags left for us. Also the only spice in the kitchen was pepper, and we were doing a lot of cooking in the unit, so that was frustrating. Overall, it was a very enjoyable week and we would come back again.

We will take a look at the faucet. For sanitation reasons, we can not leave anything in the kitchen that cannot be washed including spices, condiments, or plastic/paperware. There is a small starter pack in the condo with a new roll of paper towels, a couple of dishwasher tabs, hand soap, and new trash liners in the bins. These items will get you started until you get to the store.

 A very well kept up condo. Great views and sunsets. It met all of my expectations.

 We were very happy with the property and rental. It was in very good condition and a pleasant stay. Plumlee's staffing and professionalism is the reason we continue to rent here year after year. They are always so helpful and dependable.
